On Belonging: Arielle Nobile and Eric Cyrs FB Live

Join us for the next guest in a series of 2020 conversations over FB Live between Arielle and special guests. In a nod to one of Arielle's great inspirations, Krista Tippet and her podcast "On Being," we are calling our FB Live series this year, "On Belonging." We will be talking about the themes that matter most to us and that are the frame for our documentary series Belonging in the USA. 

Eric Cyrs aka Djeliba Baba the Storyteller is a world-traveled, award-winning professional presenter and speaker with more than 25 years of experience. The city in which he resides, Long Beach California, recognized him as the municipality’s Artist of the Year. Additionally, he has been honored with commendations from both the U.S. Senate and U.S. Congress. When not writing, presenting or globe-trotting he can be found serving his community back home. 

Arielle is an award-winning documentary producer/director. She received a BFA from NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing and studied directing and taught at Second City Theatre Chicago. She founded Legacy Connections Films in 2005 where she has directed and produced over 100 personal documentaries for clients. Arielle was included in The Independent Magazine's "10 to Watch in 2018" list.
